Design and development of new products.
We can work from a napkin sketch as well as a professional drawing. CDM will evaluate your concept and suggest the manufacturing methods that will be most efficient and cost-effective. If you are buying to suit your own store, we can help you personalize the styles.

If you are a distributor looking for your own line, we can help you develop one that will be versatile and affordable. CDM uses the latest in solid modeling technology, we can create a virtual object that looks like the real thing. When a physical sample of your product for a presentation is essential, or to ensure that your concept will be realized to your expectation, CDM will gladly provide you with a prototype. We will credit 50% of the cost of the prototype when you place a minimum order of the same items.

Laser/ Plasma cutting technology.
The possibilities are endless with the current manufacturing technologies, laser cutting gives a clean edge and precision while allowing the designers to create off the wall shapes. We can cut shapes on flat sheet from 1/6” –1/2” thickness, perfect for cutting your logos or signs.

Plasma cutting is in the same family as laser cutting but it’s less expensive, but with a noticeable reduction in the edge quality and precision. This is good in cases were parts will not be visible or in areas where your concept requires a rustic look.

Sheet Metal Forming
If you require metal boxes or containers for you merchandise, this technology allows us to create slick and precise containers, and brackets.



Mandrel tube bending
Mandrel tube bending is used in many industries, from automotive to aerospace. This technology allows us to explore different shapes using common materials. Mandrel tube bending reduces the number of welds on our tubular structures giving a cleaner look.
